Terms of use
Plain terms for a publishing site. Read the second section carefully — it is the one that matters.
Template — have counsel review before launch
These terms are drafted for a site that publishes articles and sells nothing. Adapt them to your entity, jurisdiction and actual activities, and have an Indian lawyer review the final text.
Nothing here is advice
Articles on GST Signal are general information about how public business registers and Indian regulations work. They are not legal, tax, accounting, credit or investment advice, and no reader-author relationship is created by reading them. Compliance articles in particular are checklists to take to a qualified adviser — they are not a substitute for one, and acting on them without advice is your own decision.
Accuracy and currency
Registry structures change, portals change, and Indian data protection and telecom marketing rules are being phased in over time. We date every article and correct errors when we find them (see the editorial policy), but we do not warrant that any article is complete or current at the moment you read it. Verify anything you plan to rely on against the primary source.
Reuse
Quote us. Short extracts may be reproduced with clear attribution and a link to the original article. Republishing whole articles, or reproducing them in a way that substitutes for the original, requires written permission. Tables and checklists may be used internally without asking.
External links
Links to government portals and commercial products are provided for reference. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Commercial links are nofollowed, including links to products operated by FinScreener Data Solutions — see the disclosure.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinScreener Data Solutions is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published here. Your remedy if you disagree with that allocation of risk is to not rely on it.
